Abby got her start in the conservative movement working as a Marketing and Recruiting Intern for the Charles Koch Institute. After she graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Economics, She started working with the Charles Koch Foundation as a Program Assistant for Talent.

Abby now works as Admissions Coordinator for Educational Programs with the Charles Koch Institute, where she manages the admissions team and has conducted thousands of interviews.
