Ryan Shellooe was the Regional Field Coordinator for the Carolina's, Virginia, and D.C with Leadership Institute. Prior to working for LI, Ryan volunteered and worked on Dr. Ben Carson's Presidential Campaign.

After leaving the Leadership Institute, Ryan went on to become an Advance member on the successful Donald J. Trump for President Inc. Campaign. His experience ranges from organizing and executing 20,000 person rallies, to 150 person CNN covered Town Hall events, and multi-million dollar fundraisers throughout more than 15 states. On November 9, 2016, Ryan continued as a member of the campaign to assist in the 5-week Thank-You tour that ensued post-election.

After completing his duties for then President-elect Donald Trump, Ryan moved to the Presidential Inaugural Committee, where he was an Associate Director of the Inaugural parade. These duties included organizing all 7000 participants, horses, and military components of the parade. On January 20, 2017, Ryan began his tenure at the U.S. Department of State as a beachhead member of the Trump Administration where he has continued his service. Ryan is a graduate of The University of Mississippi and is originally from Sacramento, California.
