Brent Lowder has over 22 years of experience working in the national and California political arenas. During this time, he has served in senior positions on several national and state political campaigns, led the largest state Republican Party in the country, and run one of the most successful national Super PACs. Brent also has a successful track record in the financial sector, working for one of the world’s most prestigious investment banks.
During 2016, 2018, and 2020 election cycles, Brent served as Executive Director of Great America PAC (“GAP”). During his tenure, GAP raised and spent nearly $45 million, broadcasting more than 30,000 TV spots and 300,000 radio ads, placing over 30 million phone calls, and sending over 2.5 million pieces of mail. In addition to helping run the day-to-day operations, Brent also served as GAP’s lead media consultant, developing and overseeing all elements of paid media strategy.
Brent served as the Executive Director of the California Republican Party (“CRP”) for four years and directed the day-to-day operations. With over 5 million Republicans in the state, the CRP raised and spent over $37 million and executed one of the most extensive voter contact programs in its history during his tenure.
Brent has also served in senior positions in several Presidential, U.S. Senate, and Gubernatorial campaigns. In these roles, he managed large campaign teams of political, finance, and communications staff. He directed daily operations, developed and executed fundraising plans, and advised candidates on public appearances, press developments, political issues, speeches, and messaging strategy.
For nearly 4 years, Brent worked as an investment banker in the New York and San Francisco offices of Morgan Stanley. While at the firm his public finance team senior managed over $3 billion of municipal bond financings across the country, including transactions for the States of California, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia.
Brent currently serves as a Partner of Unifier Advisors, a national public affairs firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Antonio, and Sacramento. His partners at Unifier Advisors include two legendary political figures - Ed Rollins, who managed President Ronald Reagan’s historic re-election and has served in the administrations of four U.S. Presidents and Willie Brown, who was California’s Speaker of the Assembly for nearly 15 years and then served two terms as Mayor of San Francisco.
Brent is also CEO of OneTeam Youth, one of the fastest-growing youth sports companies in the nation which operates youth sports leagues in 28 states.
He was born and raised in northern California and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in History. Brent and his wife Shanna live with their two children in El Dorado Hills, California.
