Mr. Stephen K. Bannon, also known as Steve, serves as the Executive Chairman of Breitbart News Network, LLC. Mr. Bannon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of American Vantage Media Corporation and Affinity Media. Mr. Bannon is a Partner of Societe Gererale, one of the largest talent management companies in the entertainment business. Mr. Bannon served as the Chief Executive Officer of American Vantage Media Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Vantage Companies, from May 1, 2004 to March 2005 and served as its President until March 2005. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Genius Products, Inc. since February 2005. From January 2004 to April 2004, Mr. Bannon provided executive and management services to American Vantage as a Consultant. From April 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Bannon served as Head, Strategic Advisory Services for The Firm, a leading talent management company in the entertainment and media industries. Mr. Bannon served as a Managing Director and Head of media and entertainment investment banking at Jefferies & Company Inc., an institutional brokerage and investment bank for middle market growth companies, from July 2000 to April 2002. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Bannon & Co. Inc., an investment banking firm specializing in the entertainment, media and communications industries, from April 1990 to July 1998. Prior to this, he was employed by SG Cowan Securities Corporation from July 1998 to March 2000. Mr. Bannon has been the Chairman of Genius Products, Inc. since September 30, 2005 and is its Director since March 2005. He served as Chairman of Points International Ltd. from February 15, 2007 to November 2009. From December 1993 to October 1996, he served as First Look Media Inc.'s Chairman of the Board. Previously, he served as Co-Chairman of Genius Products Inc. until September 2005. Mr. Bannon served as Vice-Chairman of First Look Media Inc. from October 1996 to June 2000. He served as Director of Points International Ltd. since February 2007. He served as a Director of SinoFresh HealthCare Inc. from September, 2003 to March 12, 2007. He served as a Director of American Vantage Companies from May 2002 to March 2005 and was its Vice Chairman until March 2005. He served as a Trustee of American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He served as a Director of SARS Corporation since October 2007. He served as a Director of First Look Studios Inc.(also known as First Look Media Inc.) from December 1993 to February 2004. Mr. Bannon received his MBA from Harvard University. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnical Institutes College of Architecture and has a graduate degree in Government from Georgetown University. Mr. Bannon has a Masters of Arts from Georgetown University.
