William 'Hayden' Hart

William Hayden Hart grew up in San Antonio, Texas and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. 

While on campus, Hayden was a prominent member of the Young Americans for Freedom chapter, helping to recruit for the conservative movement and stage various events. 

Before joining the Leadership Institute, Hayden worked in the Texas Senate as an assistant Sargeant-at-Arms. 

Outside of politics, you might catch Hayden reading ancient history or practing the french horn. Hayden is also a diehard fan of the Dallas Stars and loves the state of Texas more than anything.
