Henry Kriegel -  Former Guest Speaker at the Leadership Institute

Henry Kriegel has more than 25 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, public speaking and grassroots activism and lobbying.  He currently serves as the Deputy State Director of Americans For Prosperity-Montana, a organization that advocates for economic freedom and prosperity.  More recently, Henry co-founded the Bozeman and Billings Liberty Toastmasters groups to effectively teach activists better communication and leadership skills.  In 2009, Henry co-founded the Bozeman Tea Party, and was a driving force behind the creation of the Montana Tea Party Coalition.  He also hosted a local talk radio show for 11 years.  Prior to arriving in Montana in 1989, Henry spent six years as executive director of the Washington, DC-based Committee for a Free Afghanistan.  In 1987, Henry briefed President Ronald Reagan and his cabinet, expressing deep concern for the destabilization of the region following the US-backed UN Accords.  During his student days at Columbia University in New York, Henry co-founded the campus Young Americans for Freedom chapter.
