Media experts at the District Media Group will teach you how to develop your talking points, tackle difficult questions, and present yourself on-camera with confident body language, a clear voice, and the right outfit. Prepare to look and sound your best at your next on-camera appearance.
Part 2: Advanced Television Techniques -- On-Camera Practice
Put into practice what you learned in part 1 of the TV Techniques Workshop.

Gain the confidence to stand out on camera or during any public appearance. During this session, the District Media Group will coach volunteers through a mock television appearance and provide them with personal one-on-one feedback. You’ll develop your message and delivery techniques, learn best practices for on-camera gestures and facial expressions, and gain confidence in your on-camera ability through hands-on experience.
As you wait for your on-camera opportunity, you are invited to watch the practice sessions of other attendees and learn from their performance and feedback as well.
We highly recommend attending one of the Part 1: Television Techniques sessions to help you prepare for the Part 2: On-Camera sessions.
