Aron is the Stewardship and Growth Manager for the Leadership Institute and works on key projects related to leadership and professional development. He has spent the last 10 years in the non-profit leadership space focusing heavily on practical tools to help professionals develop their soft skills for the workplace.

He is a certified Leadership & Development consultant and lectures regularly on how to improve the quality of leadership and management at all levels.

Aron comes from a church organizational background, working for large churches for the better half of the last decade leading teams and developing organizational culture.
