Matthew Hurtt is a client manager for Campaign Solutions, a digital firm that works with Republican candidates.
Previously, he served as a copywriter for Response America, a direct mail fundraising firm in Alexandria which has raised millions of dollars for conservative Republicans. Before that, Hurtt managed the campaign of then-State Senator Alex X. Mooney.
In 2009, Matthew joined the staff of the Leadership Institute as a Regional Field Coordinator, where he identified, recruited, and trained university students in Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and his home state of Tennessee. He also began teaching grassroots activists how to organize for the conservative candidate or cause of their choice. Since 2009, he has trained thousands of activists at LI headquarters in Arlington and across the country.
Matthew serves as the Chairman of the Arlington Falls Church Young Republicans, one of the largest Young Republican clubs in the country, and was a Ron Paul-supporting, Mitt Romney-bound delegate from Virginia to the Republican National Convention in 2012. He has been published in a number out outlets and has appeared on local and national television and radio as a conservative activism.
Hurtt lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his two right-wing roommates.
