Program Overview

Leadership Institute Training Conservatives to be Successful on the Hill

Since 1984, the Leadership Institute has trained conservatives on how to make it on the Hill in its Capitol Hill Staff Training (CHST). And now, LI is happy to partner with the Conservative Partnership Institute to identify, interview, and place proven conservatives on the Hill

Whether you're a newcomer to Washington or already a Hill staffer, the CHST can be a springboard for your political and professional success. After an intense two-day workshop, you will leave with a comprehensive understanding of a career on Capitol Hill and a stronger conservative network.
