July 19: Emerging Social Media Platforms

Social media is a constantly shifting landscape. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms used by organizations and campaigns in the conservative movement.

Structured as a fun, easy-to-understand overview, this training will review seven rapidly emerging social media platforms that have a significant user base. Specifically, this course will explore:

You will leave this training with new ideas on how each platform may support your online activism and political efforts.

Learn the must-haves to understand these platforms and how public figures, media organizations, and political organizations use these resources. You'll learn:

  • how to approach emerging social media platforms based on your target audience, content strategy, and organizational goals;
  • major factors to consider for posting content across multiple social media platforms; and,
  • how to show the return on investment (ROI) of emerging social media platforms to get organizational buy-in.
