The Digital Creative Workshop: Design will give you a foundation in design for websites, social media, and email newsletters.
The majority of this two-evening workshop is hands-on learning exercises in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. You'll learn how to create graphics, GIFs, and basic motion graphics, which are increasingly popular in political communications.
Past experience with design is not necessary. This workshop is designed to be at a 101 level, so you'll get an introduction and solid foundation in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
You will need to bring your own laptop and to purchase or download trial copies of the programs.
