Aynsley is a Senior Resource Manager at Deloitte Federal, a position that involves internal staffing with HR aspects. Previously, she was the Career Programs Manager at the Leadership Institute from August 2013 through August 2016 where she has run multiple job fairs at widely recognized conservative conferences, including the Conservative Political Action Conference(CPAC) Job and Internship Fair from 2014 through 2016. Working with both job recruiters and job seekers, Aynsley networked employers and potential employees throughout the country. She also ran the Leadership Institute’s ConservativeJobs.com website, the one-stop location for finding work in the conservative movement. Before joining the Leadership Institute, Aynsley served as a scheduler for Congressman Steve King on Capitol Hill for over a year. In this capacity she managed all the Congressman’s meetings with constituents, interest groups, and committees. She also possesses experience in executive administration, social media, and political research. Aynsley is originally from Richmond, Virginia. She has a bachelor’s degree in U.S. Government from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree at the George Washington Graduate School of Political Management.
