With more than 15 years of experience Erin has built many direct mail campaigns from the ground up and provided leadership for well-developed programs including for the Heritage Foundation, America's leading conservative public policy institute. At Heritage she was responsible for inspiring more than $40 million in annual revenue with a focus in acquisition, housefile, monthly giving, and realizing upgrade potential.

Over the course of her career, Erin has raised more than half a billion dollars to advance conservative principles.

Today Erin devotes her talents to creating transformational growth for the Leadership Institute.

Erin lives in Broad Run, Virginia with her husband Andrew and their four children.
