Caleb Johnson is the Co-Founder of Harbor Policy, LLC and formerly Director of Government Affairs at AQR Capital Management. 

Prior to this, Caleb spent 4 years at the Center for Strategic and International Studies as an Adjunct Scholar and an Associate Director focusing on terrorism, cyber security, and geopolitical risk and instability. 

Caleb's experience also includes work as an Adjunct Scholar at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and with the John Jay Initiative focusing on counter terrorism.
