Lisa Lisker is a nationally recognized campaign finance expert with over 30 years of experience in compliance, specializing in the financial operations of federal and state political committees.
Lisa is President of Huckaby Davis Lisker, Inc. (HDL), an Alexandria, Virginia based firm, founded in 1973. HDL provides financial and professional services to Republican Members of Congress, GOP campaign and party committees, political action committees, and other non-profit and nonfederal committees.
Lisa has advised more than 15 Presidential committees, most recently serving as Treasurer of Marco Rubio for President. She works with hundreds of Senate and House campaigns, state party, joint fundraising, and political action committees, serving as Treasurer for most.
Lisa and the team at HDL have over 100 years of combined experience in the industry. HDL provides full-service financial operations and guidance through the complexities of compliance reporting required by the Federal Election Commission, IRS, and various state disclosure agencies.
Lisa has worked with Mitch McConnell, Marco Rubio, Pat Toomey, and Cory Gardner in the Senate and Patrick McHenry, James Comer, Don Bacon, Markwayne Mullin, William Timmons, and Tom Rice in the House.
Lisa is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but has also lived in Nebraska and Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.
She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Flint Hill School in Oakton, VA and on the Executive Board of the Virginia Conservative Women’s Coalition. Lisa is also featured as an instructor for the Women’s Public Leadership Network curriculum and training platform on running for political office.
Lisa resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two sons.
