Kayleigh Frederick -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

Kayleigh Frederick was born and raised in Brighton, MI, is a graduate from Brighton High School, and the founder of the Turning Point USA Livingston County Activism Hub.  In Michigan, Kayleigh spent many years at a nonprofit in the High School and Middle School Ministry department. In this role, she managed over 50 volunteers and interns, coordinated programs that ranged from 200-500 attendees, and has served as a keynote speaker.   

In the fall of 2021, Kayleigh attended the Youth Leadership School in San Francisco, CA. After her YLS, she was accepted into Leadership Institute’s Spring 2022 Internship program. During her time as an LI intern in the YLS division, she learned how to develop a recruitment plan, organize trainings, as well as handle the day-to-day functions of the division.

Kayleigh is currently the Coordinator of Youth Leadership Schools at Leadership Institute. In this position she travels the country to train conservative activists on how to effectively run a youth campaign for candidates and causes of their choice.
