Sarah C. Keenan is the Coalitions Manager at State Policy Network. Her role is to find, connect, and empower state-based and national free-market organizations across the country so that SPN can catalyze thriving, durable freedom movements in every state.

Additionally, in her role on the Advance Policy Team, she builds online resources for think tanks and leads a working group of state and national think tanks focused on solving major problems facing cities and localities.
