Calvin Blaylock serves as the Chief of Staff at Invictus Strategies, a fundraising consulting firm that exists to help conservatives take the philanthropic lead in America.

Calvin previously spent four years on the Development leadership team at The Heritage Foundation. While there, he partnered with the Vice President of Development on strategy and operations for the 50-person department. His responsibilities included executive support, talent management, donor relations, and strategic communications to 500,000 donors.

Prior to his work at Heritage, Calvin served as a Donor Relations Officer at the Leadership Institute. He managed relationships with donors in the Northeast to fund LI’s training programs.

Calvin earned his undergraduate business degree from the University of Missouri, where the Omicron Delta Kappa leadership society named him as one of the top 14 students in his class of 2018.

In his personal time, Calvin is the Deacon of Children’s Ministry at Capitol Hill Baptist Church, a Board member with the DC Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and avid flag football and volleyball player.
