Courtney is Senior Director of Major Gifts and leads a team of partnership advisors to cultivate relationships with the Institute’s most generous donors who help sustain LI’s mission.

This is Courtney’s “second tour of duty” at the Leadership Institute, having previously served as a regional development officer and director of events from 2009-2012. Her 17 years of fundraising experience spans across the conservative movement including at The Heritage Foundation, Susan B. Anthony List, National Right to Life, and Stand Together.

Courtney and her husband Jason reside in Northern Virginia with their three children.
