Helena is the Director of the Young Leaders Program at The Heritage Foundation. Prior to leading Heritage's young professional and campus outreach, Helena was the Eastern Coalitions Coordinator for The LIBRE Initiative, where she helped identify women, students, and professional leaders in the Hispanic community in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. In 2015, Helena was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Law and Policy for her outreach to the Hispanic community and leadership in the conservative movement. Helena is a graduate of Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science.
