Alec Sears is a seasoned digital strategist and communication expert, currently serving as the Social Media and Digital Strategist for the Republican National Committee, and a Partner at Wise Digital Strategies.

He started his political career as a Leadership Institute Intern in the fall of 2017, where he completed over a hundred hours of training. Using the skills learned at LI, Alec went on to become Vice President of the youth organization Lone Conservative, and join esteemed PR firms CRC Advisors and FP1 Strategies.

In 2018, he was named to the Washington Examiner’s Red Alert Politics’ 30 Under 30 after working on the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh. And, in 2020, Alec led the digital strategic efforts for the confirmation of Justice Barrett. Later, his work with healthcare associations earned a nomination for the Best PR Campaign of 2021.

Alec grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and fondly recalls his first political action as helping his Dad string Christmas lights around their Bush/Cheney sign to outdo their neighbor’s two Kerry/Edwards signs.
