Jordan Hayley -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

Ms. Jordan Hayley recently joined a consulting firm, Boundary Channel Partners, serving as the Chief of Staff. Prior to this, she served as an Advisor to the Secretary of Defense and a Defense Fellow in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. She was responsible for advising the Secretary and his team on Department priorities and other national security matters related to great power competition, and communicating those priorities to DoD leadership. Her DoD tenure commenced in the Office of Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism (SOCT). She was responsible for supporting the DASD, and SO/LIC front office, on operations and activities related to Irregular Warfare and Counterterrorism.

On the other side of the river, Ms. Hayley has served as the External Relations Director for the Office Presidential Personnel (PPO) in the Executive Office of the President at the White House. In that role she was responsible for overseeing all presidential appointments, ranging from SKC to Senate appointed positions, spread across all executive agencies. She also served as the main liaison between outside organizations and PPO.

Ms. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations: Strategic Intelligence and Bachelor of Science in Military History from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude and first in her class.

Jordan Hayley
