Haley is the Development Manager at the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity. 

Prior to her current role, she was a Regional Development Officer at the Leadership Institute where she procured and stewarded major gifts from a large profile of donors from the South Central Region. She joined the Leadership Institute team in 2015 as the Field Representative for the state of Louisiana. Because of her hard work and dedication to conservative principles, she was promoted to be the Regional Field Coordinaor of her home state of Texas and Oklahoma.

Before joining the Leadership Institute, Haley attended the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and graduated in May 2015. Haley studied criminology, sociology, and prelaw. While attending UNCW, Haley worked for a small law firm and also interned for the North Carolina GOP. She was also the Vice President for the Second Amendment Club and the Secretary of the UNCW College Republicans.
