Catherine Rodriguez -  Former Guest Speaker at the Leadership Institute

Catherine Rodiguez is currently a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at the Charles Koch Institute. She works as a members of the recruiting team that supports the Institute, the Charles Koch Foundation, and Stand Together. Catherine is a lifelong Virginian, born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley. She is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s college where she studied dance, communications, and political science. After attaining her undergraduate degree, Catherine began a career in nonprofit work in the Northern Virginia area. She completed internships at The Heritage Foundation and the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute where she rose to the position of Program Director. Formerly she worked as a Talent Specialist at the Charles Koch Institute where she partnered with teams across the Institute and Charles Koch Foundation to understand their talent needs and attract the brightest liberty minds to the organizations. In addition to her work with nonprofits, Catherine is completing her master’s degree studies at the George Mason University School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs in Arlington, VA.
