Eldon Girdner is a seasoned communication professional with over a decade of service in the United States government and in public policy. His government service includes seven years in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where he served as Deputy Director for the Office of Communications and Public Liaison. He worked closely with OPM’s senior leaders on high-profile projects. Mr. Girdner oversaw internal and external communication and agency branding/identity. Mr. Girdner is the recipient of five OPM Director's Awards for Excellence in recognition of leadership contribution on major agency projects.

Mr. Girdner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington.
