Bailey Zimmitti is the Deputy Director of Major Gifts at the Leadership Institute (LI). She began her career in fundraising in 2018 as the Fundraising Coordinator at a pro-life pregnancy resource center in her home city of Middletown, CT.

She has been with LI for two years and has done everything from answering frontline calls to successful solicitation of six and seven-figure gifts across the Midwest and West Coast. She now takes great pleasure in assisting the Director of Major Gifts and maintaining a small local caseload in the Carolinas.

Bailey resides full-time in Belmont, NC. Her fiancé is a Catholic missionary at Belmont-Abbey College. They are excited to get married in November 2022 in Charlotte, NC.
