Courtney Trollinger serves as the Director of Events at the Leadership Institute. She oversees the planning, use, and overall physical improvements of LI's F.M. Kirby Training Facility, and coordinates and manages the Institute's special events.
Courtney previously worked in LI's Development Department as a Regional Development Officer for the Western U.S. Before arriving at the Leadership Institute, she served as Development Administrator and Outreach Assistant for the National Right to Life Committee in Washington, D.C for over three years.
Courtney graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Liberty University with a bachelors degree in Vocal Performance and Theater and from George Mason University with a masters degree in Arts Management. She was raised in Wheeling, West Virginia and now resides in Springfield, Virginia with her husband Jason and daughter Elizabeth.
