Vice President for Development, The Leadership Institute

Steven joined the Leadership Institute eight years ago as Vice President of Programs. As Vice President of Programs, he directed all LI's training programs, from political grassroots to student groups on college campuses. He is currently LI's Vice President of Development, where he has increased revenue from $8 million per year (2010) to $24 million (2015).

Prior to joining the Leadership Institute, Steven was a Chief of Staff in the House of Representatives for more than 14 years. He has managed numerous political campaigns from city council to U.S. Congress, specializing in challenger campaigns.
