Conservative Organizational Entrepreneur School

61 days until event begins

What you will learn

In politics and public policy, nothing moves unless pushed.

Business entrepreneurs make things happen – they create most of the innovations, growth and jobs in the economy. But who makes things happen in public policy?

The conservative organizational entrepreneur sees a problem in society or an opportunity to advance conservative principles in the public policy process and establishes an organization (or organizations) to meet the need. Thousands of would-be organizational entrepreneurs are working in their communities but lack the knowledge of how to found the next conservative organization.

If you're wondering how you can establish a conservative organization, this training is for you. Attendees will:

  • Plan for the creation of your organization, including Identifying the problem, presenting a solution, and crafting a mission
  • Identify the kind of organization (state-based or national, 501(c)3, (c)4, PAC or 527) and navigate the legal, compliance, and regulatory framework
  • Consider budgeting requirements, fundraising strategies, and exploring careful growth or your new organization

This intense, two-day training will equip organizational entrepreneurs with the basics to take your organization from your imagination to implementation.
