The conservative organizational entrepreneur sees a problem in society or an opportunity to advance conservative principles in the public policy process and establishes an organization (or organizations) to meet the need. Thousands of would-be organizational entrepreneurs are working in their communities but lack the knowledge of how to found the next conservative organization.

If you're wondering how you can establish a conservative organization, this training is for you. Attendees will:

Plan for the creation of your organization, including Identifying the problem, presenting a solution, and crafting a mission
Identify the kind of organization (state-based or national, 501(c)3, (c)4, PAC or 527) and navigate the legal, compliance, and regulatory framework
Consider budgeting requirements, fundraising strategies, and exploring careful growth or your new organization

This intense, two-day training will equip organizational entrepreneurs with the basics to take your organization from your imagination to implementation.
