The Leadership Institute's Youth Leadership School is a two-day, comprehensive campaign activism training that provides the tools to be an effective youth leader for conservative candidates and causes. Any student who wants to be active in the political process should attend this school.

Matt Kneece is currently the Youth Leadership School Director at the Leadership Institute. He is responsible for identifying, recruiting and training students at the Leadership Institute's flagship school, the Youth Leadership School.
A native of South Carolina, Matt has been involved with politics from the campus level to wide-ranging national elections. A veteran of six campaigns, he was the New England Regional Youth Coordinator for Congressman Ron Paul's presidential campaign in 2012.
Matt traveled to Arlington, Virginia for the summer of 2009 to intern at the Leadership Institute in the Communications Training department. During his time in the DC area, he participated in training and activism with other liberty-minded institutions such as the Institute for Humane Studies and the Cato Institute. After returning to South Carolina, Matt worked at McGuireWoods Consulting where he tracked legislation in the SC State House for clients on issues ranging from healthcare to telecommunications.
During 2010, Matt also served as the South Carolina state coordinator for Young Americans for Liberty. During this time, he spearheaded multiple succesful activism events, including speaker events that attracted more than a thousand attendees.
He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.
