Casey Phillips -  Former Guest Speaker at the Leadership Institute

Casey Phillips is the co-founder of RedPrint Strategy, a campaign and award winning media and digital consulting firm specializing in innovative campaign advertising and strategy for dozens of A-list political campaigns, PACs, State Parties, Independent Expenditures, Trade Associations and National Campaign Committees including Governor Chris Christie, Congresswoman Kristi Noem, The NRCC, American Action Network and Americans for Prosperity.

Prior to RedPrint, Phillips served as Regional Political Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee and the Republican State Leadership Committee overseeing hundreds of campaigns in 41 states and training over one thousand candidates in campaign fundamentals over the 2008 and 2010 cycles.

A veteran campaigner, Phillips has logged more than 1 million miles over 13 years crisscrossing the United States serving as Campaign Manager, Media Consultant, Political Director and General Consultant for local, statewide and federal campaigns.

A native South Dakotan, Phillips has been called one of three Republican consultants to watch in 2014 by Roll Call, and has been named one of Campaign & Elections Magazine’s “Rising Stars” in 2012.  Phillips has been honored as one of Washington D.C.’s “Top 30 under 30”, South Dakota’s “Top 40 under 40″, “DC’s Top 35 Under 35″ and one of the nations “Top 500 Influencers” in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors and managing his small herd of Black Angus cattle on the centennial ranch where he was raised. Before turning pro in politics Phillips competed in NCAA football as an offensive lineman for the University of Wyoming Cowboys and Augustana College Vikings where he earned a degree in Government and International Affairs.

Phillips currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his fiancée Sarah and their two dogs Hank and Blanqui. Casey, Sarah, Hank and Blanqui are active volunteers for the Lucky Dog Animal Rescue League.
