Kaitlyn Czajkowski -  Former Guest Speaker at the Leadership Institute

Kaitlyn Czajkowski joined the Engage team in November 2013 as a Manager of Digital Marketing.

Previously, Kaitlyn worked at Americans for Prosperity Foundation, where she designed, produced and implemented digital campaigns for 34 AFPF state chapters around the country, finding creative solutions to engage an online audience on complex policy issues and inspire them to action.

Immediately before joining AFPF in 2012, Kaitlyn worked at Freedom Alliance, an educational and charitable organization founded by Oliver North to support service members and their families. In this role, she specialized in online communications, graphic design, and fundraising, and managed a website redesign for the organization.

Kaitlyn’s interest in the intersection of politics and digital media began in college, where she studied Political Journalism at Patrick Henry College. In college, Kaitlyn led teams of grassroots volunteers on numerous political campaigns, served as the editor of her school newspaper, and interned at The Heritage Foundation.

Originally from the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania, Kaitlyn will always be a country girl at heart. She enjoys photography, running, and traveling.
