Meghann Olshefski joined Ballotpedia as Director of Operations in 2019. At BP, she leads the operations team that oversees the organization's human resources, recruiting and financial operations. Ballotpedia is a 100% remote working environment. Before joining Ballotpedia, Meghann served as an operations consultant, leading human resources, financial operations and recruiting for three public affairs agencies in Washington, D.C.

Prior, she managed human resources, onboarding and benefits administration for the Center for Shared Services (now Stand Together) and also served as Director of Operations for the David All Group (DAG), a public affairs and digital marketing agency. At DAG, she led HR, operations and recruiting and spearheaded the planning of the firm's annual conference, AMP Summit, that focused on the intersection of technology and the realms of activism, media and policy. Prior to working at the David All Group, she directed the employment placement service at the Leadership Institute in Arlington, VA. Meghann lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., with her husband and daughter.
