Kristen Soltis is currently the director of policy research at The Winston Group, a DC based polling and strategic consulting firm. She has appeared on MSNBC, CNN International, PBS, NPR, and international news networks such as RT and BBC Radio. She is a regular contributor to Huffington Post Pollster and her analysis has appeared in print in places such as POLITICO, The Washington Examiner, and The Orlando Sentinel. She is the co-host of Bloggingheads.tv's "The Week in Blog" andVariety's "Wilshire & Washington." She earned her Master's in Government from Johns Hopkins University where she graduated summa cum laude with an award for Best Thesis for her work on young voters and the long-term viability of the Republican Party. Her work on campaign finance was published in the academic journal American Politics Research and she has been a panelist for think tanks such as the American Enterprise Institute. In June 2010, she was featured as "Mover and Shaker" in Campaigns & Elections magazine, and has completed the Women's Campaign School at Yale University. Originally from Orlando, FL and a graduate of the University of Florida, Soltis now resides in Washington, DC.
