Shannon Burns is the CEO of Victory Solutions LLC, a Cleveland, Ohio based campaign Voter Contact firm. Shannon founded Victory Solutions after being involved in the 2004 Bush/Cheney campaign and realizing the need for technology innovation on the right side of the isle. In 2007 Victory Solutions introduced Victory VoIP, a volunteer phone bank technology that is widely used by conservative candidates and causes throughout the United States and other countries.

Victory Solutions has since expanded its offering to provide a more comprehensive voter contact services included automated calls, telephone townhalls, peer to peer texts, live calls and data modeling. Shannon has been involved at various levels with over a thousand campaigns including Presidential candidates to winning dog catcher candidate in 2012.

Shannon is President of Strongsville GOP, the largest GOP organization in Ohio, and sits on the State GOP Board for the 24th Senate District.

Shannon went to the University of Toledo and resides in the Cleveland area with his wife Mary and his daughters Estella and Adalyn.
