Richard Norman is President of The Richard Norman Company, one of America’s foremost conservative direct mail fundraising agencies established in 1987. He personally handled the highly successful ’84 cycle prospecting program for the National Republican Senatorial Committee while supervising direct mail prospecting for the ’84 reelection campaign of US Senator Jesse Helms. Richard’s long list of notable clients include The American Conservative Union, The Conservative Caucus, Citizens, The Republican National Committee, and eight incumbent and challenger candidates for the United States Senate in 1996. He is probably best known for his record-breaking success raising funds for Oliver North’s 1994 United States Senate campaign for which he raised $23 million dollars, an all-time record.
