Jane Gordon is a Political Training Coordinator at the Leadership Institute. She is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and training conservative leaders and activists through schools such as the Campaign Manager School and the Future Candidate School, among others.

Prior to LI, Jane interned in the Africa Division at the International Republican Institute and for the Nancy Bocskor Company. She was also the Massachusetts State Captain for American Solutions in the fall of 2007.

Jane grew up in Boise, Idaho (the greatest place on Earth) and lived in France for two years. She graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in January 2008 with a BA in Political Science and minors in International Relations and Translation & Interpreting.
