Born and raised in Leesburg, Virginia, Rebecca earned her bachelors degree in Political Science and History from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2008.

Upon graduation, Rebecca began her career in political fundraising when she joined The Richard Norman Company in May 2008 as a Production Coordinator. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services, Rebecca oversees client recruitment and works directly with all TRNC clients, helping them develop their fundraising packages and goals. Current clients include, Pat Toomey for Senate, Rep. Mike Pence’s Political Action Committee (Pence Pac), Christine O’Donnell for Senate, and Bob Barr’s PAC – Liberty Guard.

Additionally, Rebecca is a member of Council for National Policy, American Association of Political Consultants, and "We Lead," a leadership program for Woman in politics.

Rebecca currently resides in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband, JD.
