Regional Development Officer
David grew up north of Seattle in Washington, the anchor state of the Pacific Northwest. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree concentrated in English and Politics from Hillsdale College.
After interning for The Heritage Foundation’s Coalition Relations office, David worked for Heritage’s member website, MyHeritage.org. He helped managed online member services and wrote for the e-newsletter.
Following that, David worked for Summit Ministries in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Summit is a Christian organization that teaches students to consider their ideas and decisions in the terms of competing worldviews.
During that time he also substitute taught English and Chemistry at a public charter school in Colorado Springs.
David's conservative hero is William F. Buckley, Jr. who he loves to read with a dictionary at hand.
