Rachel Phillips
Director of Communications Training
Rachel Phillips is the Director of Communications Training for the Leadership Institute.
Prior to joining LI, Rachel interned at the Council for National Policy where she supported the Council in daily office activities and preparation for annual meetings through various research projects, administrative duties, and member relations.
In May 2008, Rachel graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management.
