Becky Dunlop is currently the Vice President for External Relations for the Heritage Foundation, where she oversees the strategic outreach and communication to public policy institutions, state government officials, business and conservative policy activists.

She was one of the highest ranking women in the Reagan Administration, serving in a number of senior policy and management positions. She was Deputy Assistant to President Reagan in charge of Office of Presidential Personnel.

She was Deputy Undersecretary of the Interior and Assistant Secretary of Interior for Fish, Wildlife, and Park and was a senior assistant to Attorney General Ed Meese.

Under former Governor Allen, she served as Secretary of Natural Resources.
