Beverly Hallberg
Beverly Hallberg is the President of District Media Group, where she serves as a producer, director, editor, and media trainer for various news companies, production companies and government agencies.
Her work includes: Producer/Director for the Department of Labor Video News Release focused on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Segment/Producer of the NBC “Today Show” for OSHA, Segment Producer/Director for the Career College Association promo with Newt Gingrich, and Writer/Producer/Editor for DOL’s 2003-2007 EVE and ODEP Award Programs.
Since 2006, Beverly has served as the Director of Media Training for Guestbooker.com, where she travels nationwide to work with new authors on message development and camera presence.
Prior to District Media Group Beverly worked at LI Studios for 7 years in various capacities. As director of LI Studios she coordinated all video production in the studios and also provided on-camera communications skills for numerous political candidates, book authors, state legislators, organizations spokesmen and public policy analysts. Her partial client list included: the Heritage Foundation, the American Legislative Exchange Council, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, Freedom Alliance, the National Right to Work Committee, and the Susan B. Anthony List.
As an editor Beverly is an Aegis Award Finalist for Independence of World Government, a 2003 Leadership Institute original production. And for the past 7 years she has served as an Associate Producer and a Director of Pro Football Plus, an NFL weekly program airing on the Mid Atlantic Sports Network.
Beverly graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Radio and Television Broadcasting. She lives in Alexandria, VA and is a native of Hollister, CA.
