An adherent to the Founder’s vision of constitutional and conservative government, Delegate Lingamfelter is a voice for both social and fiscal conservatism in the General Assembly.

Delegate Lingamfelter is a member of the House Appropriations Committee, Education Committee, and Militia-Police and Public Safety Committee, where he has distinguished himself as a clear-headed spokesman for low taxes, education reform, and public safety, including the right to keep and bear arms.
