Join Charles Ryan Adams and Patricia Simpson to learn about Early Voting Strategies to Win. Ask the questions you'd like to know more about during the live Q&A.

Ryan Adams is the Grassroots Coordinator for the Leadership Institute.

Previously, Ryan served at the Deputy Political Director for the Alabama Republican Party.  During the 2010 election cycle, Ryan recruited and supervised a regional field staff throughout northern Alabama, and assisted in planning and implementing the Alabama Republican Party’s 2010 Ballot Security Initiative, the largest undertaking of its kind by any political party in the State.  Due to the hard work of Ryan and his team, the Republican Party claimed its first majority in state legislature for the first time in 136 years.

Prior to the 2010 election cycle, Ryan served as a Victory Field Representative for the Alabama Republican Party.  Ryan was embedded with the Wayne Parker for Congress campaign and oversaw the implementation of the grassroots strategy.  After the 2008 election, Ryan served as grassroots coordinator in several highly contested state legislative races.

Ryan is a native of Brookhaven, Mississippi.  He attended Mississippi State University where he received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Political Science.  Ryan is also an avid fan of Southeastern Conference football, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, and the Alabama Crimson Tide.  He currently lives in Arlington, Virginia.

Patricia is the Director of Political and Online Training at the Leadership Institute. She oversees political, fundraising, and new media trainings as well as the online production and distribution of LI programs to strategic partners and to the general public. Prior to this position, she served as the Institute's Deputy Director of Grassroots where she was responsible for identifying, recruiting, and training conservative leaders and activists around the country.

Patricia has been involved in dozens of campaigns and many aspects of grassroots organizing around the country, including two presidential, one US Senate, a gubernatorial, and several congressional races.

Raised in Rome, New York, Patricia graduated from the State University of New York College at Brockport’s Delta Leadership Honors Program with a B.S. in Political Science and Communications. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys last-minute road trips, pontoon boats, and although being a native New Yorker, she is an official citizen of Red Sox Nation.
